When I wake up this morning and think about it now, as I drink my coffee, I am struck by the potential for change in motivation. This is the energy that drives us to achieve our goals and keeps us going when things get difficult.
Morning Spark:
A Tony Robbins quote keeps coming back to me: “Your imagination and commitment are the only limits to your influence.” It motivates me today and gives me ideas for the future.
Make a fire:
Motivation is like a flame that never goes out. My goals, no matter how small, act as spark plugs that keep the fire going. Every morning, a sip of coffee reminds me of the possibilities of the day.
Overcoming challenges:
Problems are not obstacles. Rather, it is a stepping stone that helps you get closer to your goal. When faced with resilience, motivation blossoms. I now see challenges as opportunities to improve and learn.
Mindset is important:
If you have a growth mindset, challenges become opportunities for growth. I understand that failure is an opportunity for growth and I view obstacles positively.
True motivation:
Our internal emotions and ideals are the true source of motivation. I realize that long-term motivation is maintained when you connect with your inner desires and your goals align with your values.
Progress, not perfection:
Progress, not perfection, is the motivating force. Small steps add up to become bigger adventures. Today I embrace the “Kaizen” attitude and value progress.
