Shiba Inu (SHIB) is showing new bullish momentum after a sharp rebound in on-chain activity and a sharp rise in token burn rate.
After a volatile session in which SHIB held onto key support, the meme coin rose nearly 3% on the day to trade at around $0.0000078 as traders responded to aggressive supply reduction efforts.
The rebound comes as the broader cryptocurrency market begins to stabilize. Total market capitalization has risen back above $3.12 trillion, Bitcoin has recovered to $90,000, and Ethereum is trading above $3,000.

One of the Shiba Inu’s strongest bullish signals right now comes from its aggressive deflation dynamics. Over the past 24 hours, the ecosystem has seen a significant surge in activity, with a 2,807% increase in burning rate.
During this period, the network permanently removed more than 18.8 million SHIB tokens from circulation and sharply stepped up efforts to tighten supply in response to market volatility in early 2026.
