Is there a case where a beep is answered?

The warning sound based on the OpenSea NFT Market Place data belongs to the 0xCCool, a famous NFT merchant based on the boring APE YACHT CLUB NFT Collection #8636 used to create his daily artwork. In response to the question of whether BeePle requested his authority to use his work, NFT merchants confirmed that BEEPLE was not approved by his permission. It is not clear whether 0xcool will file a copyright infringement case for BEEPLE.

In November, BEEPLE tweeted the controversial Chil Guy Meme without the consent of Phillip Banks and escaped other copyright infringement lawsuits. At the time, the bank sweared to take legal action against memes using his art. Beeple declared that it was far from the meme coin and was not involved in the project.
