After successfully completing two L3 Summits at Devconnect Istanbul in November 2023 and ETH Denver in March 2024, zkLink is pleased to announce that the third edition of the L3 Summit will be held at TOKEN2049 Dubai.

Introducing the L3 Summit: Advancing Ethereum with zkLink Nova
Layer 3 is still a new concept and not widely known throughout the industry. Moreover, there are different definitions of Layer 3 depending on the stakeholders.
