Wings of Nightmare brings Lunacia’s Dream World to App.axie. This is a limited-time opportunity to evolve selected Axi body parts into nightmare parts, from Nightmare Eyes to a full Nightmare Body! Here are some reasons why Axies enter the Dark Flame for a chance to get Nightmare parts:

• Get collectible Axie benefits: Axies with at least one Nightmare part become part of the Nightmare Collection. This means you’ll receive collectible benefits like Fortune Slips. That means you can turn your regular ax into a collectible ax through the Nightmare event!

• Get Moar Fortune Ties: The basic Nightmare with the 2nd level part grants 3 Lucky Slips per day.

The 24 basic parts below are suitable for Nightmare Evolution.

All axes equipped with the above parts can obtain Nightmare parts through evolution. However, the total supply of Nightmare Parts is limited to 39,000, and each part has its own supply limit! Once parts reach their supply limit, the only way to obtain Nightmare parts is for someone to transfer their existing Nightmare parts to free up supply availability. Here’s how to get it:

Step 1: Make sure your Axie has 1 of the 24 base parts suitable for Nightmare Evolution.

Step 2: Collect the necessary evolution materials.

This includes AXS for Evolution fees and souvenirs about Evolution. Evolving the Nightmare Part does not require any special materials.

Step 3: Go to App.axie and click “Evolve”.

Step 4: Select “Evolve Immediately” to see the parts immediately, or wait for the regular evolution to complete within 72 hours!

Now let’s talk about Devolution and Nightmare Body.

Nightmare Evolution turns Tier 1 parts into Tier 2 parts. But what if your Axie already has stage 2 parts? This is where delegation comes in. Step 2 By Delegating Part nightmare Step 2 part. Of course, you may want to give some away for other reasons.

Nightmare Body is more than just rare parts. This represents the axie’s eternal bond with the Lunacian Dream World. It can be a blessing or a curse, so choose wisely!

Is there an option to not evolve with Nightmare Stage 2 parts?

• There is currently no support for evolutionary branching, and the 2nd stage part is determined based on a set probability.

Can I get existing collectible Axie Knightmare parts?

• Yes, if you have a base part that can evolve into a level 2 Nightmare part. This means that your dual Japanese part axie can now own dual Japanese parts and one Nightmare part. App.axie displays two collection tags for axie: Nightmare and Japanese.

To obtain the Nightmare’s body, you must surrender a part of the Nightmare. What are the risks?

• Transferring Nightmare parts is the only way to obtain the Nightmare body (5% chance). This means your axie will lose its Nightmare portion, regardless of whether you received the Nightmare body or not. I may need to evolve the Nightmare part and try some inheritance.

• Once you receive the Nightmare Body, there is no turning back. This means your Axie will permanently maintain the Nightmare body, replacing previous body forms (e.g. Normal, Fuzzy, Big Yak, Curly, Spiky, Wet Dog, Sumo). Additionally, Mystic Axies permanently lose their ability to equip spacesuits.

How do I check if my Nightmare supplies are still available?

• When evolving a Nightmare Base Part, it will still be in supply as long as the Tier 2 Nightmare Part option is available. Likewise, for Nightmare bodies, if there are still opportunities to obtain them during transfers, this means that mint supply for Nightmare bodies is still available.

Is there an end date for the Wings of Nightmare event?

• In reality, there is no set end date. This is especially true for the Nightmare part. Once the supply limit is reached, the nightmare part casting will be completed. However, with the recent introduction of parts transfers, supply becomes more dynamic as Nightmare parts are added back into availability each time they are transferred.

• For Nightmare Bodies, we expect mining to end when the total supply reaches 1,500, as the effect is permanent and non-transferable.

Will Axies with Nightmare parts be added back to the supply when they are released?

The Nightmare event takes place on Thursday and some axes will be changed forever. We encourage all Lunasians to prepare for this event. Level up the axis. Receive materials and souvenirs. Once all 39,000 Knightmare Parts and 1,500 Knightmare Bodies have been crafted, the Dream World will remain, but obtaining these parts will become much more difficult.
