Gunzilla Games has officially released its battle royale title Off The Grid on NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW.
The move will allow players to access the game on a variety of devices, including PCs, Macs, smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs, without the need for high-end gaming hardware.
By leveraging cloud gaming technology, the partnership aims to make Off The Grid accessible to a wider audience while maintaining the visual and performance standards of the AAA title.
Partnership Details
Gunzilla Games has partnered with NVIDIA to bring Off The Grid to the GeForce NOW cloud gaming service, enabling smooth performance on low-end or non-traditional gaming devices while streaming games directly from NVIDIA servers.
The game is available through the Epic Games Store and players can stream it on devices including Android phones, iPhones, iPads, TVs, and Windows and macOS computers. By eliminating the need for local downloads or high-end hardware, the partnership lowers the entry requirements to play graphics-intensive games like Off The Grid.
“NVIDIA GeForce NOW enables cloud-based gaming experiences that complement OTG’s next-generation designs,” said David Nicholson, Executive Producer at Gunzilla. “Now players can easily enjoy all the immersive features and competitiveness of OTG on virtually any device. We are thrilled to partner with NVIDIA to provide this level of accessibility to our fans.”
Why is this important?
Services like GeForce NOW are making high-quality gaming more inclusive by allowing players to enjoy AAA-level games without high-end hardware. The collaboration also highlights the potential of cloud gaming to expand the reach of blockchain-based games like Off The Grid. Players using older PCs, mobile devices, or other non-gaming platforms can now access titles that would otherwise be unavailable.
This move by Gunzilla Games is consistent with its vision to reach a diverse global audience by removing technological barriers, and NVIDIA’s cloud infrastructure supports this goal by providing the tools necessary to deliver games to a high standard across a wide range of devices.
