Upland Launches “Share and Build” Airdrop Series at NFTNYC

Upland, a mobile Web3 metaverse platform, announced the official launch of the “Share & Build” airdrop series. This airdrop will reward participants as Upland’s Metaverse continues its journey to build the largest gaming platform based on a digital open economy. Upland co-founder Dirk Lueth made the announcement at the NFTNYC OMA3 panel.

Rewards for NFTNYC Attendees

As part of the launch event, Upland is offering exclusive rewards to NFTNYC attendees who participate in its Share & Build platform. This includes a unique #NFTNYC2024 NFT game piece and an exclusive sign-up bonus. Additionally, three “hidden fortune” NFTs will be released in Upland’s fully occupied Manhattan neighborhood to add to the fun of the launch.

The Share and Build airdrop series is divided into several chapters. After completing each chapter, participants receive a unique Block Explorer NFT that acts as an interactive game in Upland. By collecting and burning Chapter Block Explorers, participants can earn exclusive NFTs.

Chapter 1 – Social Participation Rewards

The first chapter, which focuses on social engagement rewards, will last three weeks. Participants can earn points by interacting with Upland content on X, including following Upland accounts and participating in various social media activities.

Ten reward levels are available, and the point multiplier awarded to participants depends on social engagement and statistics. At the end of the chapter, all points collected will be converted to SPARKLET on the Upland platform.

The campaign also introduces custom missions in Upland, giving users another opportunity to earn SPARKLET tokens in preparation for the upcoming Sparklet token event. Upcoming missions are revealed within the app and are broken down into two groups: one for those new to Upland and another set for veteran players.

Expanding the use of SPARKLET

SPARKLET (formerly SPARK) is Upland’s essential utility token, supporting the GameFi builder and creator economy. Over the past two years, it has garnered significant community support with over 130,000 holders.

Upland also seeks to expand the token’s usefulness outside of virtual environments, with a community vote of 87.25% supporting the white paper.

Headquartered in California’s Silicon Valley, Upland has a clear vision to create a vast digital open economy through its Metaverse platform. In addition to virtual asset trading, Upland offers a variety of activities including strategy games and social interaction.
