Hearing the sounds of the earth, the planet’s first inhabitants marked their plots according to the rhythm of earth and stone. They then built a temple to mark where the land was said to be.
When Atia came, he placed an eternal flame in each temple. When he died, his heart became the moon, its pulse synchronized with the energy of the earth. Heaven and Earth became one in an eternal heartbeat.
During the Great War, the moon erupted and its fragments rained down on Lunacia, scattering pieces of Atia’s heart to the ground. They gathered at the node where his essence always operated powerfully.
The terrarium is the fertile ground surrounding this ancient sacred site, the spiritual and functional foundation of axial life.
Axies live their lives protecting these sanctuaries. Here they breed and raise their young, with bloodlines sharing the same land for generations. The terrarium becomes home to a lineage of cubs born in peace and elders who remember old wars. Over time, each terrarium gains its own unique history woven through all the axes of living, working, fighting, and resting on sacred ground.
A thriving terrarium can have up to 30 axes. Some are tasked with lighting the shrine on fire and harvesting the fragments. Others train by building strength over time. When the drums of war sound, these axes spring into action.
Through it all, one rhythm continues. Once an hour, Atia’s heart beats in the sky, and the planet beats with it. For half a breath the moonlight brightens, flames stir, and splinters rise. All the terrariums respond to the same beat at the same moment and Lunasia continues for an hour.

Your terrarium is now active, and your lot will start out empty. Activating a land will put it into rest mode, recharging local Runium over approximately 5 days. Earnings haven’t started yet, so give yourself two days to activate your land, get your axes, and set up your land the way you want.
The first revenue tick starts on the following dates: June 19 07:00 UTC. From that point on, land mines occur every hour, 24 hours a day.
The problem is: Free local Lunium cannot be used until it is fully recharged, which takes approximately 5 days. Profits start from number 2. So plotting against Local Lunium alone will get you nothing from the first profit tick. Recharge your Global Lunium during the 7-day flash sale and recharge your Mines from the first profit tick.
Here are some key terms you need to know before you get started:

tick: The hourly heartbeat of the terrarium. Every hour your lands burn Runium, draw the Flame of Atia from your Axes, and gain a share of the bAXS pool. Any changes to the plot will take effect on the next Tick.

monday: An off-chain resource that allows you to power your land and earn bAXS. There are two types: global and local (see below for details).

Atia’s Flame: Your Axi Power. The rarer the axis, the more sparks it brings and the larger its share of the bAXS pool.
There are two types of lunium:

Global Monday I purchased Lunium. You can purchase it from the in-game store starting from $0.99 for 25,000 Runium, and there is no limit to how much you can own. Works on all plots on your account.

local monday It’s free. Each plot generates itself slowly, playing for about 5 days to earn a day at full speed, and has a limit per plot.
Charge if you want full speed or let it go at its own pace.
You can also choose which Lunium you want to use first:

Global priorities: Use global first, then switch to local when you run out.

Local priorities: Only spend Local and then stop without touching Global.

Atia’s Flame determines its share of the bAXS pool, so the goal is simple. The idea is to get as much Flame into the plot as possible. Rare axes have more Atia’s Flame than common axes. A common ax brings 5 and a mystic brings 1,000, so a few rare axes can outweigh a plot full of commons.
To obtain the flame, your axis must be in the Sanctuary of Atia. Only axes within the shrine generate Atia’s Flame and gain bAXS, while axes remaining outside instead gain AXP each tick. From there it comes down to slots. Owned plots have 30 axes and free plots have 10, so fill all slots with the rarest axes you own.
Note: Axies and plots listed for sale on App.axie are not available in Terrariums. The opposite is also true. Axes and lots locked in terrariums cannot be listed for sale or transferred. Delete or unlock it first before moving between the two.
Expert Tips: Axies you delegate can continue to work on your terrarium while remaining delegated. There is no need to end the delegation.
Each plot type shares a set bAXS prize pool, split between owners by Atia’s Flame, who takes each tick.
For example, the Arctic plot has a monthly pool of 38,893 bAXS, paid out at 54.02 bAXS per tick for all Arctic owners. Your share will depend on how much Atia’s Flame your axis brings for the total Atia’s Flame from all mining zones actively mining in that category.

In Homeland, every plot has a fixed AXS limit, while in Terrariums, profits move across categories based on the total Atia’s Flame of all active mining plots in that category and how well the plots stack up against them.
Expert Tips: Your share will depend on the total Atia’s Flame of all actively mined zones in your category. Categories with less Flame may receive better rewards, even if that plot ranks below the best. If you own a lot of different land types and collectible axes, check out the low flame categories first. Spreading the axes out there will give you a larger share than putting them all on one plot. If you play passively, V1 works well, but a little planning can increase the rewards.
V1 is the foundation. The world is alive and your land is making money, but this is just the starting point. Each update here adds more depth and connects collections deeper into your land performance.

Q: Will my Homeland progress carry over and I will continue to earn AXP?
A: No. Terrariums begins anew and Homeland becomes completely sunset.
Q: Should I cancel my land mandate?
A: No. All delegations are automatically canceled at sunset and the delegation site is no longer in use.
Q: Can I use an axis that has been delegated to someone else?
Answer: Yes. They remain delegated and still power their terrarium.
Q: Can someone delegated to me use the axis?
A: V1 calculates the number of axes you own. Delegated support will be provided at a later date.
Q: Can I list while using an axis or plot?
A: No. Locked axes and plots cannot be listed or transferred. Unlock it first.
Q: Are land items, axis levels, and evolved parts important?
A: V1 lays the foundation. This is available starting from v1.1.
Q: Is Lunium a tradable token?
A: No. It is an off-chain resource and cannot be traded.
Q: What can I purchase Runium with?
Answer: bAXS, AXS, USDC and WETH. Exchange rates do not apply to bAXS purchases.
Q: Can I get bAXS without purchasing Lunium?
A: Yes, but slowly. Free local Lunium cannot be used on owned lands until it is fully recharged (~5 days), so it is accumulated periodically rather than continuously. Free trials do not earn points.
Q: Can I get AXP without Lunium?
Answer: Yes. Axies always gain AXP per tick, even if they don’t have Lunium. But only as long as Atia’s Flame doesn’t contribute to the plot.
Q: What happens in the two days before accrual?
A: The plot is recharged. Nothing is spent or credited until the first revenue tick.
Q: When does the first profit tick start?
Answer: June 19, 07:00 UTC. From then on, landmines explode every hour.
Q: Why is my plot not making money on June 19th?
A: Free local Runium cannot be used until fully charged (~5 days), so local-only plots are not ready yet. If you purchase Global Lunium, you can accumulate points immediately.
Q: Do I need to purchase Global Lunium before accumulation begins?
A: Yes, if you want to profit on the first tick. Global is available immediately and you can get up to 50% bonus during the 7-day flash sale.
Q: Is purchased Lunium tied to one plot or to all?
A: Global works on all plots on your account. Locals are staying in the plot that created it.
Q: Where do Lunium profits go?

Q: What does Total Plot Category Atia’s Flame mean in the formula?
