Streamline community communications

At PipeFlare, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience and strengthen community engagement. We are making some important changes to our social media and community structure to better serve our users and streamline communication.

Why is it changing?

We currently have multiple communication channels, which can cause confusion and slow response times. We’re consolidating community communications into one primary platform to simplify interactions and make it easy to stay in touch. fluoride.

Major changes:

  1. Switch to Discord: We will connect everyone to our Discord server, which will act as a central hub for all community interactions. This will provide a more systematic and efficient communication space.
  2. Telegram messages closed: The Telegram messaging function will end immediately. For a smoother experience, we encourage everyone to switch their conversations to Discord.
  3. Customer support for Discord: For support inquiries, please contact Discord. Our team will closely monitor our servers to ensure you receive timely support. Our email support is no longer monitored.
  4. Discord channel revamp: We are planning to reorganize the channel structure within the Discord server. We will reduce the number of channels by focusing on those that are most active and relevant to the needs of our community. This helps eliminate clutter and makes it easier to find the information you need.

What this means to you

These changes are designed to make it easier for you to get help when you need it. By streamlining communication, we can make our team more responsive and ensure you get the support you deserve.

We appreciate your understanding as we make these changes, and we look forward to seeing you on Discord! Thank you for being a part of the PipeFlare community.

Stay tuned for more updates and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

best,
PipeFlare Team
