STEAM added Gotchi Guardians, a multiplayer tower defense game developed by PixelCraft Studios, to the store as a full release in the third quarter of 2025.

The game was previously provided in a browser -based form and went through multiple round balancing and function updates with the entire PC release expected later this year.

What is GOTCHI Guardians?
GOTCHI Guardians is a multiplayer tower defense game that supports up to eight players per game. Each player must survive the waves of non -players known as “Licks” in the game and compete with others in the same session.
The game integrates random map risks, variable consensus conditions and roguelite design elements such as periodic boss waves. The player selects from six other characters, each provides a unique feature that affects strategy. For example, if you damage the tower performance or create a call in the game when you improve.
In addition to the waves of the enemy, the economy includes epidemiology that allows indirect interference between players, creating both cooperation and competitive mechanics.

What can you expect from the Steam Release?
STEAM’s full release includes cross -platform multiplayer and seasonal leader boards. PixelCraft Studios has confirmed long -term plans for additional content, including new playable characters (guardians), maps and limited time events.
The game does not require interaction with blockchain technology, but players with AAVEGOTCHI NFT can be used as in -game molding overlays. This platform also supports purchases using tokens from AAVEGOTCHI ecosystems, the $ GHST processed through the default blockchain. These purchases are optional and do not provide gameplay benefits.
Jason Slama, the game director, previously worked on the title of the CD Projekt Red, including GWENT and The Witcher. His participation provides an experience in designing a competitive strategy game reflected in the structure of GOTCHI Guardians.
PixelCraft’s development roadmap shows continuous support after launch, including balance adjustment, extended gameplay function and community -oriented event. The studio has already tested these systems at the browser -based stage of the game earlier this year.
