First, kudos to the Texas Rangers for winning their first World Series title. More importantly, a big congratulations to MLB Manager Sorare for winning the Championship Chase!
Over six game weeks they competed fiercely to reach the top and etched their names into the Sorare history books. Enjoy the glory of being one of the following podium finishers:
Sorare: As MLB Season 2 comes to a close, we’d like to thank you for your continued support throughout the season. As the Hot Stove heats up and before Winter Meeting begins, here’s an overview of what you can expect during the offseason, including updates on new card auctions, special edition cards, collection games, offseason XP, and more.
Although the pace of auctions will be slower during the offseason, we do our best to have at least 24 player cards listed at any given time. Look for opportunities to strategically add to your gallery ahead of Season 3.
Special edition cards will be released to the marketplace during the offseason to celebrate MLB’s end-of-season winners. This will celebrate players who win seasonal awards on Diamond while also securing rewards for managers each game week. We’ll share more details about these exciting Award Edition cards soon!
As previously mentioned, the collection game will be slightly revised since its initial release a few months ago. To confirm, the collection is Grouped by rarity, team, season from now on. This allows for a more systematic and strategic approach.
Here’s what else you can expect from the collection games coming in Season 3:
Each card is now awarded a collection point based on a variety of factors.
- Owned: The card is in your collection.
- 90d: The card has not been registered or transferred in the last 90 days.
- New Card: You are the first owner of this card.
- Special: This card features a special edition design.
- #1 Serial Number: First Card Issued
- Jersey Number: The serial number matches the player’s jersey number.
No XP will be credited to your card during the offseason. This has been the case since Season 1, but was done to ‘catch up’ with the cards as they first released mid-season. As a result, we won’t be doing the same thing in Season 3.
Just like when you entered Season 2, all existing Common Cards will be retired when Season 3 begins. As always, your Pro cards (Limited, Rare, Super Rare and Unique) are yours and Sorare will never remove them from your collection.
Sorare: We’re excited to begin the journey into MLB Season 3 with you, and we hope you’re as excited as we are about the changes and improvements coming. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, please contact us with any feedback you may have.
Thank you for being part of the Sorare community. Your passion and participation make it all worthwhile. We will see you in a better Sorare:MLB in 2024!
