If you’ve played Axie Classic in the past two months, you’ll already be familiar with the Cursed Coliseum game mode. Cursed Coliseum has a lot of RNG involved as the axes randomize some of your body parts throughout the series of games you have to play.
The stakes are now higher in Premium Cursed Coliseum. Starting today, players can enter the premium Colosseum of the Damned by paying an entrance fee of 150 SLP.

A brief description of the premium Colosseum of the Damned reward system is as follows:
Entrance fee – 150 SLP
3 wins – 50 SLP
6 wins – 150 SLP
9 wins – 300 SLP
12 wins – 750 SLP
12 wins, undefeated – 3,000 SLP
The best part is that a portion of the SLP entry fee will be burned and the remainder will be used as a growth fund to help fund rewards and sustain the game. Currently, 80% of SLP profits go directly to the Operation Reserve fund. 20% will be burned.
This is the first time Axie Classic will have a direct SLP burning mechanism to help balance the economy.
This ‘fund burn’ rate may change from month to month, and we will notify the community of any such changes in the future.

The first Grand Tournament was a huge success, with over 70,000 Lunacians battling it out in an intense tournament series. This time, the Grand Tournament returns with 1,250 AXS, 3 Radiant Spirit Shells, and eternal glory.

Adjusted gold rewards per chest and added new “regular chests”. Previously regular chests have now been upgraded to premium chests with 8-16 gold inside. The Mysterious Chest has a 1% drop rate and can hold up to 256 gold!
You can currently use gold to play Colosseum of the Damned (normal) and purchase stickers that can be used in-game. There may be more use cases for Gold in the future, so it’s best to keep stocking up.
Important note: The way chests open has been slightly adjusted. You can only unlock one chest at a time. When a chest unlock timer completes, the next chest unlock timer starts.
