SL Flickr Pick of the Day: Rwah Yeetly turns screenshots into strike pop art.

Kaza Lilyhook Covering the best screenshot art and digital paintings from the virtual world.

Le and Yately I think it captures my desperate struggle to choose just three photos well. “Calling 1962” is pop art that perfectly represents the 60s. Her explanation is also a hilarious bit of her self-deprecation.

I’m absolutely top-notch when it comes to using meticulously crafted original items with very epic animations for something completely different than what the creators intended. Or you may simply mess up the item beyond recognition. I’m proud to announce that I did both for this photo.

Service notices from our exchange:

The chair was resized and, most importantly, the phone was damaged. The rest are only slightly overused.

Now, to all three of you who are actually reading this, please do your duty and follow the trail.

“Neo-Classical-Void” is another bold pop art painting. I love that she is all white and that her photos are limited to three colors. Her outfit looks so plain, right down to the slippers, but so is her hair. Is it empty or masked? Does that change the meaning? Once again her explanation surprised me.

What I do know is that the furniture will be a mix of two designers I admire very much.

Contest: Guess who the first designer is and I’ll send you a prim made by me. Non-textured btw.

Good luck

“Bonne Chance” is a much more traditional headshot. I like that her avatar doesn’t look like it popped out of a box. Of course, metaphorically speaking, our bodies all come out of boxes. I love its simplicity and her calm, confident face.

Photostream by Rwah Yeatly This is a good one to follow. I love her mix of high concept and conventional photography and her captions are very entertaining.
