RepubliK partners with AWS to launch AI-powered SocialFi platform

RepubliK has unveiled its AI-powered SocialFi platform, leveraging AI to transform how social media platforms evaluate content quality, measure engagement, and reward content creators.

By working with AWS AI and ML, RepubliK aims to provide new perspectives on content and user interaction analytics. In addition to AI-based content recommendations, RepubliK’s SocialFi approach focuses on evaluating the depth and quality of user interactions to measure content quality.

The company claims its strategic focus will prioritize content that fosters meaningful interactions rather than simply chasing popularity, which will ultimately improve the user experience. Additionally, the AI model calculates rewards based on content quality.

“Traditional algorithms are great at showing content that keeps users scrolling, sometimes at the expense of quality and credibility, whether it’s content that favors word of mouth and visibility. Linus Maloney, COO of RepubliK, recognized the opportunity to use AI to assess the depth of user engagement and the intrinsic quality of content, taking into account factors that can include the relevance and sentiment of comments and interaction patterns between creators and fans. .

“RepubliK can distribute rewards to platform users whose contributions indicate not only a visible volume of response, but also a more tangible and powerful connection or influence.”

The SocialFi platform is on the rise as skepticism toward centralized social networks grows. Decentralized social media applications have emerged as a viable alternative and are gaining traction among users. Unlike the web2 social platform, which is often criticized for its user and creator limitations, the web3 platform is introducing innovative financial flows for users.

Recently, Web3 social platform Beoble received an undisclosed strategic investment from Animoca Brands to expand its capabilities and drive global user expansion.

Maximizing content quality through AI: a win-win for creators and consumers

RepubliK integrates AWS’s Amazon Rekognition and Amazon Personalize capabilities to improve the objectivity and depth of content recommendations and user interaction analysis.

The AWS Rekognition AI service assesses content quality by distinguishing between real human content and animated content. These content ratings serve as valuable input to the AWS Personalize AI service. On one hand, previous AI services focus on understanding which types of content generate the most user engagement and continually improve their ability to assess content quality.

At the same time, AWS Personalize AI’s dynamic learning system continually improves its ability to match users with content tailored to their interests.

“Rather than relying solely on superficial metrics like likes or comments, AI considers a wide range of data points. This extensive data forms the foundation for a more comprehensive understanding of deep user interactions,” said RepubliK’s Maloney. “RepubliK’s AI technology aims to provide users with a more personalized and authentic social media experience by integrating diverse data sets that go beyond traditional metrics.”

Additionally, RepubliK is strengthening its technical infrastructure by adopting layer 2 solutions and moving to a multichain approach. The enhancements, scheduled to be fully integrated over the next two months, facilitate transaction simplification and evolve in response to the needs of the platform community.

The platform will introduce a customized rewards system to recognize and reward content creators and users based on their tangible contributions to the community. The system aims to foster more participatory and authentic community interaction.

“Through our partnership with TON and Mantle, we will offer RPK tokens on both networks, giving users a cost-effective option for sending RPK tokens. We initially offered RPK tokens in ERC-20 and later added RPK to Arbitrum to give users a more cost-effective option for sending tokens,” Maloney told MPost.

RepubliK claims that its AI identifies real supporters of content creators by analyzing the depth of interactions shared between creators and audiences. By recognizing genuine support, RepubliK aims to ensure that content creators are rewarded not only for their popularity, but also for the genuine relationships they build within the community.

“We believe the future of social media is immersive entertainment. There is a big difference between enjoying a performance and having a conversation with the performers after the performance. AI can help identify these experiences and deliver them in the most efficient way,” explained RepubliK’s Maloney. “By implementing an AI-based content evaluation system based on deep interaction analysis of content, the RepubliK platform directly incentivizes content creators to produce high-quality, impactful content and drive passion, real influence, and fair reciprocal rewards. You can.”
