Pixels is a social casual MMO that has become one of the largest web3 games, with over 100,000 daily active wallets.

$PIXEL It becomes the premium in-game currency and can be used for everything from joining guilds to creating pets.

What is $PIXEL?

$PIXEL is the premium in-game currency for Pixels. Unlike $BERRY, which operates on an inflation model and can be easily earned through in-game interactions to promote gameplay, $PIXEL is hard to come by and offers a variety of utilities. Expect utilities that enhance gameplay but don’t hinder the engagement of free-to-play players.

How is it created?

Players can earn $PIXEL by playing Pixel, but not as easily as $BERRY. Unlike $BERRY, $PIXEL creation is loosely integrated into Pixels’ core game loop. Only the best players can earn $PIXEL by completing difficult tasks or actively contributing to the growth of the ecosystem.

How it all started: Play-to-Airdrop

A year ago, we ran an experiment called Play-to-Airdrop (P2A). This was a very new concept. Anyone with a wallet and an internet connection could participate. Users did not need to join an alpha group or receive a whitelist code from an influencer. They just had to play the game. Since then, the concept of P2A has taken over Web3. P2A campaigns have become the new normal.

The Token Generation Event (TGE) for $PIXEL is fast approaching. To show our gratitude and welcome new users to the Pixels Universe, we’ve chosen the P2A 2.0 campaign. Rest assured. We are committed to keeping our promises and ensuring fair allocation to eligible participants in previous P2A campaigns.

How to Participate: P2A 2.0 starts now!

This P2A is completely different. Say goodbye to the days of harvesting carrots nonstop until your hands hurt!

There are still badges you can earn, but they are slightly different. And I heard there might be new quests coming out too!

How to play:

1️⃣ Log in to Pixel! If you’re new, you’ll need to create an account:

2️⃣ Go to your Pixels dashboard and find the P2A 2.0 badge page.

3️⃣ Perform the required actions to earn the badge.

4️⃣ Look for more badges to be added throughout the campaign!

Everything you need to know:

➡️ P2A 2.0 will run for 2 weeks.

➡️New badges will be added throughout the campaign.

➡️ The top 7,000 players on the P2A 2.0 leaderboard are eligible to receive a $PIXEL airdrop.

➡️ 1,000 players with a score of 3,000 or more will be randomly selected to also receive a $PIXEL allocation.

➡️ The higher your reputation score, the better:

• 1000+ = 10% multiplier

• 2000+ = 20% multiplier

• 3000+ = 30% multiplier

➡️ Earn more points by referring your friends!

➡️Leaderboard rankings are updated every hour.

➡️Eligible participants in the first Play-to-Airdrop will receive $PIXEL regardless of their participation in P2A 2.0.

Why we do this:

It’s still early. Pixels has been around for two years, but this is just the beginning. We have ambitious goals, including building a sustainable Web3 ecosystem through $PIXEL. This P2A campaign is designed to cater to the entire user base, from long-time players to new players, social players, cryptocurrency enthusiasts, and everyone in between. We want to align incentives to build our user base and get tokens into their hands. The best way to do this is the Play-to-Airdrop system.
