Meta’s Nick Clegg brings together educators and businesses

Meta also offers Shared Mode and Support Plus as add-ons to its service.

Additionally, customers who have purchased the Shared Mode feature will not require meta accounts for their employees to participate. As Meta enters the digital business solutions landscape, there has long been concern that forced logins will reduce product adoption.

Team leaders can easily manage and maintain VR/MR headsets after connecting the devices to the Meta Quest for Business hub. You can also assign Meta Quest devices using individual Business Hub add-ons. Meta Quest for Business’s management portal also provides a team management hub where leaders can provision accounts and devices along with additional automation tools to streamline processes.

Meta Quest for Business also includes a built-in MDM solution that gives team leaders direct control over a fleet of headsets. Using the management portal, team leaders can leverage MDM capabilities to set up bulk provisioning, assign profiles, review device status, configure WiFi support, reset PIN access, and remotely wipe devices.

The built-in MDM solution gives you access to a small lineup of third-party XR MDM service providers, including Invanti, VMware Workspace ONE, and Microsoft Intune.

The Meta Quest for Business subscription service is scheduled to launch, with many enterprise-level immersive software vendors bringing their applications to Meta Quest 3.

The “transformative” immersive training offering gives Quest 3 users access to step-by-step instructions and immersive guided visualizations, such as digital twins, to support frontline workers.
