Criteria: Approved under the Starknet Initial Community Membership Program.

Starknet Developer:

Criteria: Developers must make at least 3 commits before November 15, 2023, and at least 1 commit between January 1, 2018 and November 15, 2023 to a GitHub repository to be considered part of the Starknet ecosystem. You need to do this:

For StarkEx users:

Eligibility Criteria: StarkEx users who have completed at least 8 transactions before June 1, 2022 are eligible for the provision.

Ethereum Developer:

Criteria: Developers who have made at least 3 commits before November 15, 2023.

EIP Author:

Criteria: Authors and co-authors of EIPs (including ERCs) who published their proposals using a GitHub handle before November 15, 2023.

ETH Stakers:

Starknet Airdrop Eligibility Criteria: Individuals who have staked ETH using Ethereum’s Proof of Stake (PoS) model prior to the Merge (September 15, 2022).

Ethereum Protocol Guild Members:
