Game-changing mechanics in Season 2

Season 2’s “Tides of Fate” is God’s Unchained’s first emergency card expansion since last year’s “Mortal Judgment.” There are now a whopping 142 collectible cards, along with nine unique chain cards that link to the effects of other cards.

Additionally, a new feature in the game: by spending a certain amount of mana (the energy used to use divine abilities and play cards), players can look forward to the groundbreaking “Manasurge Mechanic”, which further revolutionizes gameplay by granting card bonus effects.

When participating in the new metagame, players will also have the opportunity to choose between “Mechs” or “Dragons” to help their team achieve victory in the unique Atlantic-like setting of “The Shimmering Atlant.” Depending on which side wins, two legendary cards are affected and cosmetic cards are created representing the winner’s crystal color in in-game tournaments called “Skirmishes”.

Gods Unchained has noticeably increased support for user-generated content, offering early access, exclusive rewards, and higher visibility for those stuck as part of its “Content Creator Program.” The program encourages gamers to use their imagination and receive anywhere from 300 to 6,000 $GODS tokens per month. Additional rewards will also be paid when viewership records are broken.
