Gate expands the ecosystem while enhancing security and transparency.

Gate, a prominent global digital asset trading platform, has taken concrete steps to uphold its commitment to user security and promote transparency within the industry. Over time, the platform has enhanced its asset protection capabilities through continuous technological innovation. Gate was one of the first exchanges to commit to 100% reserves and implement zero-knowledge proofs, and introduced cold and hot wallet ownership verification, Merkle tree structures, and user balance snapshots, creating a system that allows users to independently verify their holdings. At the same time, the platform has built a comprehensive asset protection framework covering transaction security, storage, and overall platform protection through proprietary systems, multi-signature storage solutions, and bug bounty initiatives, forming a multi-layered architecture that balances transparency and privacy.

As Gate continues to strengthen its security and compliance measures, the platform is expanding its ecosystem and increasing the utility and importance of its native token, GT. Following the deployment of Gate Layer, a high-performance Layer 2 network, and the launch of key ecosystem initiatives, including decentralized futures exchange Gate Perp DEX, on-chain token launch platform Gate Fun, and real-time cross-chain meme trading and monitoring platform Meme Go, demand for Gate Layer’s primary gas token, GT, has grown along with the ecosystem. GT now serves as a key link between transactions, applications and innovation.

In the future, Gate aims to contribute to the broader development of the cryptocurrency industry towards openness and sustainable development by further developing a secure and trustworthy digital asset infrastructure based on transparency, security, and technological advancement.
