- Editor’s note: The following article was written by RocketUnit, a content creator, long-time member of the Gala community, and Gala Ambassador at the 3rd Crypto Summit Del Sur. There he spoke about the Gala ecosystem to a sold-out house.
There are a few people on the Gala team who like to attend conferences every now and then, but there’s a ton of work to be done and we can’t be everywhere and still get the work done. We truly appreciate the hard work RocketUnit has put into this work, and we look forward to future opportunities to further share our passion for Gala with our wonderful community.
It all started when I found out that a cryptocurrency event was going to be held here in Paraguay. I love networking in the cryptocurrency community and have been moving to Paraguay for almost two years now. Such events do not normally occur here.
It’s clear that the gala is finally getting more and more attention, so I wondered how it could be included in this event. I persuaded the gala management to send me as an official ambassador.
There was a lot going on from start to finish. Everything took longer than expected, but I was in Ciudad del Este near the Brazilian border on February 20th and spoke about the gala ecosystem at a sold-out event.
My presentation wasn’t complicated. I wanted people to focus on what I was talking about and get excited about GalaChain instead of looking at complex ecosystem data. I think it was a success when people approached me after the presentation to talk about Gala and how it would work in their Web3 projects or games.
The 3rd Crypto Summit Del Sur was a great experience, and we would like to have the opportunity to host a separate event centered around Gala Entertainment in Asuncion, the capital of Paraguay, in March.
As an editorial, the thoughts and opinions expressed in this article are those of Rocket Unit, not those of Gala.
