Ethereum price could reach $5,300 in 2024, found Ethereum price prediction report.

The price of ETH, the native cryptocurrency on the decentralized blockchain Ethereum, is expected to end late 2024 just below the all-time high it set in November 2021. According to a new Ethereum price prediction report published by global fintech company Finder, ETH will be priced at $4,887 by the end of 2024, reaching a high of $5,300 at some point during the year.

The new report is based on the latest survey conducted in January 2024, in which a panel of 40 cryptocurrency sector experts provided insight into ETH’s expected performance by 2030.

Among its key findings, the panel highlights that, on average, ETH is expected to be worth $4,887 by the end of 2024, rising to $7,492 by 2025 and skyrocketing to $19,190 by 2030.

Experts also predicted that ETH will reach $7,492 by 2025 and $19,190 by 2030. Notably, these forecasts are more optimistic than the average forecasts of Finder’s October 2023 and January 2023 survey participants. The highest predictions in previous surveys were for ETH to reach $6,033 by 2024 and $14,411 by 2030.

One notable perspective comes from Mitesh Shah, founder and CEO of Omnia Markets. He said: “As the excitement surrounding the newly approved BTC spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) attracts investors to the industry, we believe ETH will benefit along with them. Diversify your portfolio to include more cryptocurrency assets. As interest in ETH staking grows, its utilization has increased.” According to Mitesh Shah, ETH will end the year at $5,000 and rise to $10,000 by the end of 2025.

Moreover, the Ethereum market has significant potential. The potential approval of an Ethereum ETF this year, combined with the broader positive momentum in the industry, is expected to contribute to Ethereum’s upward trajectory. Ethereum is expected to evolve into a global payment layer for higher value assets. Therefore, Joseph Raczynski, futurist, consulting and media expert at Joe Technologist, expects ETH to end 2024 at $3,900 and then rise to $5,600 by the end of 2025.

ETH price trajectory amid Bitcoin dominance and Ethereum network development

However, Nick Ranga, senior cryptocurrency and forex analyst at ForexTraders.com, predicts that despite the momentum the cryptocurrency gained in 2023, Bitcoin will continue to dominate the focus of cryptocurrency traders in 2024. He suggests turning to the growing interest in altcoins. Since Ethereum is leading, it may only happen at the end of the year.

Analysts expect ETH to finish the year at $3,500 and reach $4,500 in 2025.

“Now that the SEC has approved the first Bitcoin ETF, attention is turning to the prospects of an Ethereum ETF. “Historically, Ethereum has followed Bitcoin’s lead in price, so it seems unlikely that a Bitcoin ETF will get approved, but an Ethereum ETF is unlikely to get approved,” said Nick Ranga. “… the question now is not whether we will see an Ethereum ETF, but when,” he added.

Likewise, Dimitrios Salampasis, a senior lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology, believes that the Ethereum network continues to face various challenges even after the merger. This has led users to explore alternative networks and solutions to alleviate issues such as high transaction fees and slow confirmation times. Due to this, Dimitrios Salampasis expects ETH to increase slightly, reaching $2,500 by the end of the year.

Ethereum’s trajectory in 2024 reflects cautious optimism, anticipating potential issues and regulatory developments that could impact its path toward higher valuations and broader market significance, as predicted by experts.
