Due to lack of trading interest in the contract, the decision was made to delist the contract.
The schedule for the delisting procedure is as follows.
The contract will continue trading normally until 04:00 UTC on February 21, 2024 (“teastart“).
In ~ teastart February 21, 2024 04:00 UTC:
- funding ratio, F0,It is normally calculated based on the prices for the last 8 hours.
- later teastartThe funding rate will no longer be calculated and the next funding rate will be set to 0.
- Early settlement information appears on the relevant contract specification page.
In ~ teasolve February 21, 2024 12:00 UTC:
- The contract will expire, all trading will be halted and all open orders will be cancelled.
- Funding, calculated using F0,is exchanged (where longs pay for shorts) F0 > 0 and shorts pay longs F0<0)
- All open positions in the relevant contract will be liquidated using the relevant settlement price.
- No fees are charged when making payment.
- When a contract expires, the lifetime P&L of that contract will be added to the user’s Bitcoin balance and this contract will no longer appear in the Positions section.
