This year’s event features more than 70 exhibition booths covering three OpenSim regions and showcasing the work of a variety of people involved with OpenSim, including grid and region owners, OpenSim creators, and artists. The exhibition will be held in Expo Park next to the Auditorium area. Various exhibitors tell the story of the Grid and the Region, advertise the Grid and the Region with textures by using personalized booths or providing webpage links at their booths, showcase projects they have, and provide free products, souvenirs and note cards. , and other items that are usually present in a full perm.

Art performances and music take place in an auditorium featuring four Sims, including Range Darkstone, Lampithaler Artist, CapCat Ragu, Tosha Tyran, and Cherry MAN.

Presenters for this year’s event were drawn from a variety of OpenSim grids, including Craft World, OSGrid, Pangea Grid, CreaNovale, and SV3D. We’ll cover a variety of topics and issues, from life experiences in OpenSim to technical tips using scripts. HIE uses Discord to stream audio so it can be heard across regional boundaries. Present in 5 languages

Speakers at HIE events will present in five languages: French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish, unlike the OpenSim Community Conference where all presenters speak English.

However, HIE’s audience does not need to know the language in which the speaker is speaking, as all presentations can be followed with subtitles in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. By allowing presentations in languages ​​other than English, this event provides opportunities for those who wish to present in those languages ​​and embraces cultural diversity in language and other matters.

The event is hosted by Mal Burns, James Atlloud, Kelso Uxlay, Tosha Tyran and Thirza Ember. However, there are other volunteers as well, including streaming and filming teams, translation teams, booth makers, managers, greeters, speakers, planning committee members, and performers.
