briefly
Chainlink has launched the ACE Partner Ecosystem, integrating over 20 leading compliance providers to provide integrated on-chain compliance, monitoring, and reporting solutions.
Decentralized oracle network Chainlink announced the introduction of its Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) partner ecosystem.
Chainlink ACE provides automated regulatory solutions for digital assets through modular components that streamline identity verification, policy enforcement, and reporting processes across multiple blockchains and regulatory jurisdictions.
This system offers several key benefits that improve compliance and operational efficiency across the digital asset ecosystem. This enables both on-chain and off-chain policy enforcement, and the verifiable entity ID feature supports institutional onboarding. Cross-chain interoperability enables seamless policy enforcement and identity verification across multiple token standards and blockchain environments.
Compliance monitoring features provide alerting and reporting tools to detect irregular transactions and potential non-compliance. The system also allows users to deploy only the components they need while maintaining the flexibility to modify or upgrade workflows without redevelopment. Additionally, accelerate deployment timelines with pre-built policy templates, software development kits (SDKs), and compliance sandboxes.
The new initiative brings together more than 20 compliance providers, regulatory frameworks and oversight bodies supporting the development of the next generation of on-chain compliance infrastructure.
The ACE Partner Ecosystem now represents a network of validated suppliers whose technologies are fully compatible with Chainlink’s compliance engine.
These partners have adopted ACE as the benchmark for on-chain compliance and integrate data and services directly into their systems to enable end-to-end compliance, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
ACE unites global leaders in identity, risk management and blockchain governance
At launch, the Chainlink ACE partner ecosystem will unite a diverse group of organizations specializing in identity verification, risk management, compliance monitoring, and tokenization. Participants include the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF), which is introducing a global identity standard, and World, which is bridging a decentralized human attestation protocol with ACE for anonymous and composable identity verification. SumSub, Persona, and Proof provide digital identity solutions that enable secure and reusable KYC and KYB verification for both individuals and institutions, while the Cardano Foundation’s Veridian supports the off-chain issuance of GLEIF vLEI-based credentials, brought on-chain via compliant identifiers.
Additionally, the ecosystem integrates leading risk assessment platforms such as Chainalytic, TRM Labs, Hypernative, CipherOwl, and Llamarisk, each providing real-time wallet and transaction risk data to enhance anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance procedures. Monitoring and reporting capabilities are supported by Bluprynt, Hacken, Kaiko, and Hummingbird, which collectively provide automated policy management, security monitoring, analytics, and case management tools to enhance oversight and regulatory transparency.
In the tokenization space, Apex Group and Chintai leverage ACE to implement compliance rules governing investor qualification and transaction approval. The framework will be expanded to blockchain networks including Ethereum for Institutions, Linea, and Taiko, working with Chainlink to advance the adoption of ACE as a compliance standard across Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems.
Additionally, industry standards such as ERC-3643, ERC-7943, and the Digital Securities Initiative (DSI) are aligned with ACE to enhance interoperability between token protocols and regulatory frameworks.
Collectively, the Chainlink ACE partner ecosystem establishes ACE as the foundational standard for on-chain compliance and integrates identity, risk, and regulatory infrastructure into an integrated, modular, enterprise-ready compliance network for digital assets.
