AvatarLife today launches Wild Poker, a game based on Texas Hold’em Poker.
But Sushant Chandrasekar, CEO of AvatarLife, said it was more technology-based.
There is also a starting jackpot of 1 million AV$, the local currency of the grid, which is equivalent to approximately US$4,000.
“The launch event will be a three-day festival comprising freeplay poker and contests, other skill game contests and a special disco,” Chandrasekar told Hypergrid Business.
The event begins at 10AM PT on July 21st at the AvatarLife Games location on Grid.
Grid is not currently HyperGrid enabled, but the registration page is here.
Grid, which launched four years ago, also offers other types of skill games, including Slingo and skill slots.
