January 29, 2024: Web3 SuperApp Kresus and Tools for Humanity, developer of the Worldcoin identity project, have announced a strategic partnership. The Kresus app will integrate WorldID, and Kresus Labs will advise the Tools for Humanity team on product strategy and collaborate on technology implementation. Kresus and Tools for Humanity, who share goals and expertise in the complex and dynamic field of Web3 identity, will leverage their collaboration to strengthen their respective products.
Digital identity has been a tricky issue since the early days of the Internet. However, as AI becomes more widespread, it becomes essential to establish evidence of humanness to distinguish between humans and bots in a variety of personal and professional interactions. Tools for Humanity helps individuals prove their identity by issuing secure digital identification that they can use to access a variety of apps and services.
The Kresus app provides users with a free Web3 .kresus address and other identity verification tools to make transfers simple and “seamless.” The ultra-secure, non-custodial Kresus wallet is fully recoverable without users having to keep their passwords or recovery phrases.
