Star Atlas is pleased to announce the launch of the second edition of COPA (Council of Peace), a prestigious event that invites captains and fleets to participate in a competitive showcase of strategy, vision and community building within the Galia region. This event represents an unrivaled opportunity for player-owned businesses to showcase their skills, gain widespread recognition, and compete for outstanding prizes.
This year, COPA expanded its scope with newly introduced criteria designed to comprehensively evaluate a player organization’s contribution to the Star Atlas ecosystem. These criteria aim to evaluate the strategic approach, organizational structure and overall impact of these entities within Galia’s broader territory.
For those not yet part of the organization, COPA provides a valuable opportunity to explore the different philosophies, structures, and visions of the Star Atlas player organization. This serves as an ideal platform for finding a community that shares your aspirations in the vast universe of Galia.

Registration steps:
- Opening date: January 26th (available on the Star Atlas Discord via form with detailed instructions)
- Deadline: February 20 (applications will not be accepted after this date)
- Approved DAC Announcement: February 21st on the Star Atlas Discord
Competition details:
- Date: February 29th (to be announced through Star Atlas Discord)
- Format: Slideshow presentation for COPA organizations presented according to a published schedule.
- Judging: A panel of judges will evaluate the presentations.
Evaluation process
A distinguished panel will evaluate the presentations. Evaluation is based on the following criteria:
Story and Structure:
- DAC’s topics and stories
- governance structure
- Membership criteria
Bear’s building:
- Launch using Star Atlas IP
- Community Building Initiatives During a Bear Market
- Developing programs, products or tools
- Other notable achievements
Future Plans:
- Future Uses of Star Atlas IP
- Future program, product or tool releases
- In-Game Strategy
Community Building Initiatives and Growth Strategies:
- How to Grow Your Community
- Promotions within and outside the Star Atlas ecosystem
It is important to note that DAC performance evaluations are heavily influenced by assessments of the impact of competing organizations on the Star Atlas ecosystem. Competing organizations must now substantiate their presentations with evidence to support the claims made during the presentation.
