Over the past week, we’ve shared several announcements about new features and reward changes coming to the Homelands beta. Please find a summary of previous presentations at the end of this presentation.
Axie Infinity: Homeland Beta is now available! Homeland is our flagship land-based game. Now anyone can play Homeland using their NFT Axes, regardless of whether they own the land or not. Below you’ll find gameplay information to help you get started. If you know someone who might like Homeland, show them this article and it might help them get started. Additionally, some of the new in-game features launching today are outlined below. Let’s jump in!
Last week we shared our plans for welcoming new players to Homeland. During the beta period, we’re making it easier than ever to onboard new players. For example, the Land Delegation Marketplace gives landowners more freedom and opportunity to connect with stewards. Many of the current Homeland players are pioneers and early adopters. Let’s welcome the next generation of players with open arms. Here’s how anyone can get started:
It’s easy for landowners to play Homeland. Connect your Ronin Wallet to your Sky Mavis account and start playing. Then you can go now! You can play on any plot you own.
Want to play Homeland but are still working on your first storyline? You can start playing as Steward.
Level 1: Download Homeland Mavis Hub.
Step 2: move to land mandate market.
Step 3: Choose a contract with terms you find acceptable.
Step 4: Apply to become a steward.
Step 5: Once approved, start playing! If not, go back to step 1.
Whether this is your first time playing Homeland or you’re returning from a break, check out our gameplay refresher below. Build a settlement on the planet Lunasia, defeat enemies with adventurers, trade with other players, and more. Here are some quick tips to help you get in on the game.
Gathering is one of the first actions you can take in Homeland. Gather materials like wood and stone to build structures and upgrade the Atia Altar. As you accumulate resources, you will need to build storage facilities such as wooden sheds and gravel piles.
To start placing your building, click on the hammer in the bottom right. You can also press the C button on your keyboard. Check the quality of the ingredients and take them to the Alchemy to transform them! Materials can also be traded with other players.
Once you reach level 2, you can start producing and crafting items. Build a hunter’s field to produce wheat, which you can later use to make bread in the Cuddle Kitchen! There are many different combinations of items you can create, and each combination has its own utility.
Some items are useful on their own, while others are components of much more sophisticated items. For example, bread increases an adventurer’s HP by 100. However, sugar can only be used to make other items, such as apple juice. Produced and crafted items can also be traded with other players.
Passive Adventure is the PvE component of Homeland. In passive adventures, you can equip and feed NPC adventurers before sending them into battle. Earn gold for the items you sell to them. Adventurers who defeat enemies can sometimes receive back the spoils of victory!
There are several key features going live in Homeland Beta, including a new Land Delegation Marketplace website, integrated NFT axes, material quality measurement capabilities, alchemy buildings, and an updated rewards system. Please check this notice for more details.
The mysterious part has already been updated in-game. Stay tuned for more collectible parts coming to Homeland!

We launched the alpha of Homeland in December 2022 and are excited to offer the beta today. Thank you to all Lunacians who believed in our vision for a land-based Axie game. We have a long way to go, but we’ve come a long way together. Today’s beta is one iteration of the game. Our team will continue to iterate and evolve.
