Football never sleeps. Sorare has official licenses for over 350 clubs from around the world (including the top leagues), so you can unleash your football insight with Sorare Rivals almost every day of the year. Start by selecting the match you want to compete in.
From there, establish a lineup of five players within your draft budget for each matchup. Player draft budget amounts are based on recent performance and Sorare’s advanced scoring system (see details below).
Once you’re happy with your lineup, it’s time to choose tactics like Tiki Taka and Joga Bonito. This is what separates the pretenders from the Football Manager contenders.
Each tactic tracks different overall statistics for the entire lineup. When a tactical threshold is reached, the entire lineup receives bonus player points. For example, Tiki Taka tracks the correct passes of a lineup of five players in a game. If your lineup completes 199.5 or more passes in a game, you’ll receive a whopping 40-point bonus. It’s a tactical masterclass for you and you’ve earned bragging rights.
The rivalry journey begins with challenging your ‘friend’. Pay attention to the quotes! There are no friends in rivals, only opponents who need to check their ego.
Setup is easy. Once you’ve chosen your matchup, challenge your friends or enemies to a rival matchup.

Sorare gameplay allows you to feel all the action on the pitch. Track the real-time performance of your lineups with Sorare’s 48-point scoring system, the most advanced in fantasy football. But be careful. Every action counts! Watch Rivals games live to feel all the action.
After you beat your friends for the first time and enjoy the glory of victory, ‘Arena’ will be unlocked. See, all matchups in Rivals are competitive, but Arena is extremist competitive. In the Arena, you can play for reputation points, streaks, and mystery reward chests.
Your reputation is literally at stake. You can earn reputation points by winning in the Arena. When you lose, your reputation score decreases. (Your reputation score is displayed publicly for all Sorare Rivals administrators to see.) Every administrator starts at 100 reputation points* and aims to work his way up the reputation ranks from unknown to local prodigy to GOAT. In the Arena, you can compete against managers of similar level to you.
*NThe reputation scores of all Sorare admins who helped beta test Rivals have been reset to 100.
Domination also unlocks rewards by completing consecutive challenges in the Arena, such as winning consecutive rivals. Once you complete the streak, you will receive a Rival Mystery Box. Each box has the chance to win amazing prizes such as player signed soccer jerseys, Sorare Pro cards, match tickets and more!
