Coinbase (COIN) dominates the leading Bitcoin ETF service. Can others like BitGo participate in the race?

Coinbase, run by CEO Brian Armstrong, currently controls five of the 12 proposed Bitcoin ETFs in the U.S., a level of concentration that has some people nervous. Fidelity has decided to manage its own assets, leaving six applications for which there is currently no trustee listed.
