Consensus Hong Kong, part of CoinDesk’s global conference series on digital assets, blockchain and Web3, is scheduled to take place February 10-12, 2026, after the sold-out inaugural event in 2025. The 2026 event is also expected to be welcomed, building on the first event which attracted approximately 10,000 attendees from over 100 countries and contributed approximately $35.3 million to the local economy. 15,000 industry experts.
Curated by CoinDesk, the conference will feature more than 100 speakers across six stages covering topics including institutional adoption, decentralized finance, stablecoins, robotics, and the integration of AI agents and on-chain execution. Notable sessions explore tokenization strategies with speakers including Carlos Domingo, Ian De Bode, and Naveen Mallela. Multichain Security and the Future of Bitcoin Restaking with David Tse and Evan Cheng; Changes in U.S. mining and hashrate allocation with Asher Genoot, Mike Ho, and Irene Gao; Ethereum Scaling and User Experience by Hsiao-Wei Wang and Sandy Peng.
Industry notables confirmed for the 2026 conference include Lily Liu, Richard Teng, Justin Sun, Ella Zhang, Joseph Chalom, Mo Shaikh, Peter Mintzberg, Austin Federa, and Annabelle Huang. The full agenda is available for review online.

Introducing a program that includes hackathons, networking and city-wide events
Consensus Hong Kong 2026 will expand beyond the main conference program to include startup and developer competitions, networking opportunities and special events at notable venues across the city. The event will connect developers and startups directly with leading venture capitalists through the EasyA Hackathon and PitchFest. Attendees will also enjoy cultural experiences including the official opening and closing parties in Hong Kong Central, a guided visit to Shenzhen’s tech ecosystem, and exclusive access to the Happy Valley Racecourse for the ‘Consensus Cup’.
Building on the success of previous years, the conference is expected to support more than 350 side events across the city. Solana Accelerate APAC will focus on internet capital markets and blockchain infrastructure and will feature participation from over 100 fintech companies and over 50 cryptocurrency startups, as well as over 2,000 additional builders, executives and policymakers.
