What is Azuki TCG?

Azuki TCG is a trading card game developed as part of Azuki Project, a WEB3 -centered brand, which includes themes inspired by digital art, online community and animation.

TCG introduces a structured card game format with turn -based strategy, faction -based decks and defined victory conditions. The first official tournament in July 2025 will be competitive and accidentally.

The release of the gameplay guide shows the first detailed explanation of the project about how the game works. Azuki is a blockchain native brand, but the guide does not mention the current digital assets or tokens.

How do you play the game?

Each player selects the camp and uses the 50 card deck made around the leader card. The game is divided into two rows in the field and each row allows up to five entities.

  • Garden (front row): This is where the battle is made. All cards here can be used to attack or attack.
  • Alley (backline): A protective area used to put the card on stage before moving forward with a gate card.

Using a gate card, the card moves to the garden in the alley. When you enter the garden, most cards must wait for rotation before they do not act as “charging” attributes. In addition to these two rows, there are IKZ files and IKZ areas. The resource system is based on the IKZ card and pays for other cards. One IKZ card is open per turn in a separate pile and is placed in the IKZ area or to pay the card cost.

To win the game, the player will reduce the health of the opponent’s leader to zero, but the opponent lacks cards on the deck.

Cards are provided in six categories.

  • director: Central character
  • door: It applies to how the card moves and affects the strategy.
  • reality: Unit participating in the battle
  • weapon: Cards used to strengthen leaders and organizations
  • order: One -time effect
  • IKZ: Resource cards used to pay other cards

Additional epidemiology includes tag effects such as element types (fire, earth, water, lightning, neutral) and “defense” or “attack”.
