Core point

  • Pixel players pay university tuition with internal imports. Derek Cariño is a certified chef in the Philippines. He was rewarded for about $ Pixel in the Gyeonggi anti -aircraft campaign last year, and he used this fund to pay back his student tuition. He also bought a scooter using some of these income to shorten his commute!

  • Interview with Derek: Are you wondering what Derek did? We asked him how he started in Ronin. The allies helped him shout him. Details below.

  • How to Start Ronin: To see what’s going on in Ronin in Ronin, check the Discovery page of Ronin Wallet. The new opportunity to be rewarded is pop -up every day, which is just the beginning. Remember: Blockchain technology is experimental and unique risk. You can be rewarded, but you may lose money.

Last year, Derek Cariño received an international cooking degree. Congratulations, Derek! This is a praise achievement in itself more Instead of meeting eyes. This freshly mined chef I paid the entire tuition fee from the game’s income. In pixels! The way he did is:

Tuition receipt for 125,000 PHP or about $ 2,250 USD. Some details have been removed for personal information.

Derek joined our movement in 2021 in the early days of Axie Infinity. He started as a scholar and gave the opportunity to share rewards by borrowing other players’ oil. At that time, more than 2 million players were discovering games that played through AXIE.

As soon as October 2023, Derrick heard about Ronin-Pixels’ new games. Curiosity, he confirmed it. As soon as he joined the informal guild, he entered the game anti -aircraft campaign. Less than eight months later, he was paying back his college tuition using internal income!

Here is the timeline of Derek’s Ronin Journey.

• March 2020: I boarded Web3 through AXIE INFINITY

• March 2020 -March 20121: While collecting NFT, I played AXIE as a scholar.

• October 2023: I started to find a pixel a month and started.

January 2024: Pixels play-to-airdrop campaign began to polish

March 2024: Game import sales and Ronin Allies Binance and GCASH offboard

June 2024: I paid tuition and scooters using the Philippines Peso.

Today, 2025: I have become a creator of Ronin and fishing craze

Derek’s journey is deeper than in the game. He also built a new friendship with WEB3 gamers around the world. They shared their strategies together, celebrated each other’s victory, and developed deeper blockchain knowledge. Ronin’s mascot JIN sat with Derek and talked about it.

jin : Thank you for your time. Congratulations on a big victory, chef.

derrick: thank you! I’m happy here.

jin : Let’s start from the beginning. How did you join the Ronin movement?

derrick: of course. I started early in AXIE Infinity. Do you think you came back in 2021? I became a scholar and was making more money by playing games than regular workers. All of my friends were playing AXIE, and in my Philippines, it was a big deal. Since then, I have believed in the potential to change the lives of AXIE and Ronin. AXIE was a huge community introduction of Web3 and onChain gamers.

jin : How did you hear about pixels?

derrick: My brother told me about it. I just resigned at work and was waiting for the background. When I heard that there was a chance to get reward by playing the game, I remembered what it would look like in that early axis. So I started playing! Sometimes it is necessary for someone to board someone. I pay it and try to talk to my friends about what’s happening in Ronin.

jin : How much did you earn with pixels?

derrick: I got more than 6K $ pixel after the play Air drop campaign and continued to earn afterwards. I had a lot of exchanges enough to buy indirect scooters to commute to pay and work for college tuition. I have sent some to the pixel ecosystem itself, so it is difficult to track the total income. For example, I cut a pixel pet to show my support for the game!

Derek’s pixel pet, Luke Port.

jin : How easy was it to go out from Ronin’s $ Pixel to feat?

derrick: Honestly it was very easy. I withdrew $ pixel income with Ronin wallet in the game and exchanged with Ron of Katana. Then I sent the token to Binance and exchanged it to Stablecoins. There I withdrew Stablecoins with a GCASH account and used it to pay tuition and used scooters.

Derek’s used scooter was paid as an imported pixel in the game.

jin : What are you doing in the Ronin ecosystem today?

derrick: I’m still playing pixels, and recently I started to fall into a craze as a player and producer. I am also a Ronin producer. You can follow me in x at @Imdrkc! I also made a lot of friends in the Ronin community, and we help us keep each other up -to -date for the latest release.

jin : What advice would you give to a new player joining the Ronin Movement in 2025?

derrick: Try everything. Take a Ronin wallet and start the game. There are more opportunities, so it’s much easier to start now. NFT mints, token launch, new game migration… Many things are happening and the community is very welcome!

jin : Thank you for your time.

derrick: thank you!

At some point, there are more ways to get rewards for Bodanin. But most opportunities can only be used for a limited time. Do not miss the opportunity by checking the Discovery page of Ronin Wallet every day. Know the key game notice, trend tokens and NFT, live and upcoming events. Think like a real -time Ronin menu.

Roners, we are doing missions to preach economic freedom to Internet users, starting with gamers. It is a bold vision and sometimes a vision that can test our faith. But the same story as Derrick ‘S reminds us that we are about to be on the right way. Please keep an eye on the next scholar series. This is just the beginning.
