NVIDIA Highlights Omniverse Enterprise Virtual World Success in Third Quarter Earnings Call

NVIDIA recently announced its third quarter. import, Edited by Yahoo. As expected, the company continued to grow revenue, reaching $18.1 billion, up 34% from the previous quarter and more than 200% year-over-year. The company noted how products such as the NVIDIA HGX platform drove its third quarter performance.

NVIDIA’s technology portfolio is incredibly deep, and our third quarter performance was based on many moving parts within that product portfolio reaching a broad list of end customers and partners.

Another area of NVIDIA success in 2024 is its Omniverse platform, an ecosystem of RT3D, XR and simulation technologies that aims to provide enterprises with new AR/VR/MR support.

A key driver of Omniverse is NVIDIA RTX, a workstation platform for “professional design, engineering, simulation use cases, and AI.” CFO Colette Kress Announcement of performance. Kress said RTX is “emerging as a strong demand driver.”

In NVIDIA’s third quarter earnings call, Kress explained that RTX workstations enable enterprises to optimize AI for business workloads. On the XR side, RTX products are helping drive RT3D simulation technology that powers virtual workspace solutions.

Kress added:

We continue to make progress on Omniverse, our software platform for designing, building, and operating 3D virtual worlds.

Kress also said clients like Mercedes-Benz are using the Omniverse platform to leverage digital twins for their workloads to improve planning, design, construction and operations of their manufacturing/assembly facilities, “helping them increase efficiency and reduce defects.” method was emphasized.

“Oxxon(ph) is saving time and money by integrating Omniverse into its manufacturing processes, including end-to-end simulation of the entire robotics and automation pipeline,” said Kress.

Kress also explained:

We announced two new Omniverse Cloud services for automotive digitalization available on Microsoft Azure: a virtual factory simulation engine and an autonomous vehicle simulation engine.

More about Omnibus

2024 is just the beginning of the omnibus. At GTC earlier this year, the company established a strong vision to bring simulation technology to a variety of industries with the goal of transforming the workplace with rich AI integration.

NVIDIA is helping enterprise customers leverage digital twins with RTX Enterprise Cloud Rendering. NVIDIA leverages its framework of cloud software and hardware components to ensure enterprise customers can leverage digital twins on devices like Apple Vision Pro without compromising display or frame rate quality.

Rev Lebaredian, Vice President of Simulation, NVIDIADescription from GTC:

Apple Vision Pro is the first free device that allows enterprise customers to realize their work without compromise. We look forward to giving our customers access to these amazing tools.

On the other hand, Vision Pro users can also take advantage of the hybrid rendering path. Give customers choices about how they interact with Omniverse content. As 2025 approaches, NVIDIA’s future will continue to look bright as its revenues and investments in XR, AI, and other technologies increase.
