Uniswap CEO Supports Kamala Harris Amid Legal Battle Under Current Administration

The CEO of the Uniswap cryptocurrency exchange has publicly supported Kamala Harris, but it is unfortunate that Harris is supported by the same party that sent the SEC, the U.S. securities regulator, to Wells to notify Uniswap Labs.

UniSwap is a top-rated DeFi cryptocurrency exchange. The exchange is available on Ethereum Mainnet, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Zora, Avalanche, Optimism, Blast, ZKsync, Celo, and Binance Smart Chain.

Uniswap vs SEC

Just a few months ago, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) took legal action against the UniSwap exchange for issuing unregistered securities.

In mid-May this year, the UniSwap team urged the SEC to cease all enforcement actions, but the SEC remained confident and determined to continue the legal fight in court.

The past and present legal issues of the UniSwap cryptocurrency exchange clearly show that unclear cryptocurrency rules and laws are the cause of these problems. Basically, it was the duty of the current ruling party to introduce cryptocurrency-centric rules and laws to ensure that cryptocurrency companies are fully compliant with their business. Or, you could say that the current ruling party has not done a better job for the cryptocurrency sector, and that is why UniSwap is facing problems.

Kamala Harris & Crypto Support

As we reported yesterday, the US Democratic leader and current Vice President has publicly stated that he would embrace digital assets, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain technology in an effort to win over cryptocurrency supporters.

Uniswap CEO Endorses Kamala Harris

Uniswap CEO Hayden Adams expressed delight at Harris’ comments on cryptocurrency adoption, calling it a positive step for cryptocurrency adoption within the U.S. jurisdiction.

Or you could say that Uniswap’s leader is supporting Harris, who hates cryptocurrencies.

Uniswap CEO Faces Criticism

One Crypto X user pointed out that the Uniswap leader indirectly supports political leaders who hate crypto, despite the fact that they have faced legal obstacles because of those politicians. The X user indirectly criticized him using a four-word line.
