Gambarian’s health worsens as Nigerian court considers bail request

Gambarian has been in custody for more than six months and is said to be suffering from serious health problems. His family has expressed concern over his worsening condition, which they say was due to inadequate medical care while in custody. In a statement, the family said Gambarian can no longer walk due to an untreated herniated disc or spinal injury. They also said his condition has worsened because prison authorities refuse to provide him with a wheelchair.

During the trial, Gambarian’s defense team filed a new bail application, citing poor health as a reason for his release. However, the Nigerian Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) opposed the application, arguing that Gambarian was in poor health. Nevertheless, the EFCC submitted Gambarian’s medical records to the court, which showed that he needed surgery.

A major gem psychology amid rising health problems in Tigran Gambarian

In particular, Gambarian’s next court hearing is scheduled for September 4, when the judge will consider a bail application. The outcome of this hearing is certainly important, as concerns about Gambarian’s health continue to grow. Footage showing his struggles has added weight to the argument for his release.

The incident has drawn the attention of legal experts and human rights groups who are closely monitoring the situation. The cryptocurrency community has also expressed concern and called for Gambarian’s human rights to be respected.
