Nim Network begins airdrop claims and distributes 90 million NIM tokens to key communities and Dymension stakers.

Dimension-Based AI Game Blockchain nim network (NIM) announced that it will distribute 90 million NIM tokens, equivalent to 9% of the total token supply, as a reward to key communities affiliated with the Nim Network.

Modular blockchain platform Dymension stakers form the largest group in Nim Network’s airdrop, receiving 50,000,000 NIM tokens, equivalent to 5% of the total NIM supply. All Dymension stakers can be included in the airdrop regardless of their stake size. A snapshot of all active DYM stakers was taken on March 9th with a capitalization of 20,000 DYM per address on a pro rata basis.

Additionally, participants from AI gaming and on-chain gaming communities, including Parallel, Pirate Nation, AI Arena, and Today The Game, are also eligible. Nim Network also plans to reward the community with Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) affiliated with the Pudgy Penguins, 9dcc, and WolvesDAO projects.

The project aims to integrate various infrastructure solutions to facilitate AI gaming at scale by leveraging its core mechanism, the Nim flywheel, to load and fund new primitives and then use them in-game through a fee sharing mechanism. . Therefore, the network has selected projects focused on cryptocurrency AI infrastructure and public financing, such as Ocean, Gitcoin, and Olas Network, for collaboration and are also eligible for airdrops.

NIM, the native token of the Nim Network, serves a variety of purposes, including processing transaction fees within the blockchain, participating in governance activities, and enabling the economic dynamism of the Nim Network ecosystem. NIM also serves as an Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) token compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) blockchain, facilitating interoperability. Eligible addresses will automatically receive token allocation upon Nim Network mainnet launch.

What is Nim Network?

Nim Network is an AI gaming blockchain that fosters an ecosystem for game development within the intersection of Web3 and AI. It addresses Web3 challenges with the goal of overcoming fragmentation, poor user experience, and slow iteration by leveraging modular stack solutions to bridge the gap between existing infrastructure and consumer applications.

Focused on fast iteration and feedback loops, Nim Network serves as a highly customizable EVM layer on top of Dymension. The Nim Network EVM layer and supporting primitives adapt to host applications, emphasizing components such as creating expert AI cryptocurrency models, optimizing user experience for AI agent integration, and implementing provable computing.

Through strategic investments and partnerships with projects including Cartridge, STORYVERSE, Citadel, Metafight, ggQuest, Focus Tree, Mithraeum, MINTERS, Avnu, DYAD and NousResearch, the network aims to realize its vision of a modular and collaborative future. .
