Coinbase aims to raise $1 billion through convertible bond sales as stock price soars

Coinbase Global, Inc. unveiled its strategy to generate $1 billion through the issuance of convertible bonds maturing in 2030. The plan includes a provision for initial purchasers to set aside an additional $150 million to address over-allocation issues.
